I accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for therapy fees. Please note that there is a $25 fee for all returned checks, and it's important to review our cancellation policy and insurance coverage for any additional details.
The initial therapy session is $150 for 53+ minutes, while subsequent sessions are $125 for 53+ minutes. Please note that payment is due at the time of service, and it's important to be aware of our cancellation policy and insurance coverage options.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or provide a 24-hour advanced notice, you will need to adhere to our cancellation policy and will be required to pay a cancellation fee, which may not be covered by your insurance coverage. Please keep in mind that therapy fees apply in such cases.
I am an in-network provider for HealthChoice, but I am considered an out of network provider for all other insurances. While I can file health insurance claims for you as an out of network provider, it is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage, including whether your plan offers out of network benefits. After I file your claims, you may receive reimbursement directly from your health insurance plan, depending on the specifics of your coverage. Please note that services may be covered in full or in part by your insurance, and most plans have co-pays and deductibles or may limit the number of sessions per year. You are responsible for paying any unmet deductibles and for any services rendered that your insurance does not cover. Additionally, please be aware of our cancellation policy, as payment for services—including applicable copays, co-insurance, unmet deductibles, or out of network services—is due at the time of your service.
I encourage you to check your insurance coverage with your provider by asking the following questions:
Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
What is my deductible and what portion has been met?
How much are my co-pay and co-insurance?
Do I have out of network benefits?
Do out of network services apply towards my deductible?
Additionally, it’s wise to inquire about the cancellation policy for therapy fees, as this may affect your overall financial planning.
